① Fiscal Responsibility
- Transparent budgeting & sustainable funding for schools.
- Take steps to eliminate the current deficit with a balanced budget.
- Come up with the Expected Yearly Outcomes with the Ministry of Education of Ontario.
② Student Well-being
- Mental health supports & safe Catholic environment.
- Explore and establish with individual School on setting up homework clubs, hiring qualified tutors to help alleviate the pressure on the students.
③ Academic Excellence & Resources
- Expand STEM programs & skilled trades pathways.
- Implement a multi-year plan that protects classroom resources from yearly cuts.
④ Community Engagement & Accountability
- Listening to families in Wards 1, 2, 3 & 6.
- Commit to a bottom-to-top review of administrative & operational spending to allow tax dollars go directly to students, tutors, and teachers.
- Regularly take inputs from parents during parents and teachers’ meetings.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Director of Education.
